Whenever I am in NY, I always stop there to eat. Great food.
I am a native New Yorker and will keep to the directness of how we are known to be :) Food: Good. I had the Chicken Curry and I highly recommend it. Drinks: Good! Scene: Upscale. Date night. Elegant. Romantic. Club scene.Space: The space is very large and swank. Kind of reminds me of if an American Steakhouse met Indian decor. It is very conducive to mixing and mingling. Great for date nights, get-togethers and business dinners. It has a second level the K Lounge that is very chill, sleek modern and traditional Indian decor.Service: Good.
Moreit's ok.
I was looking for vegan cuisine while dining with non-vegan friends. This restaurant had great options and the waiter was very helpful in deciphering the menu. The food and service was fantastic. The atmosphere was very classy and prices were what we expected for NYC. Highly recommend this place!
MoreA favorite of mine, the food is great and authentic.
The food was good but not excellent. The service was very good!
Authentic food, great taste but expensive.
Got there at 1400. Dreadful service - we were the only guests and there were 4 waiters who studiously ignored us. Food was cold and sub par. Would never return there.
MoreGreat service, chicken tikka masala was ok, chicken vindaloo was great (if you like spicy). Atmosphere was really good. A really enjoyable evening.
MoreLunch buffet at under $20 a very good deal.
Aloo gobi n saag worth it
Food was good but quite spicy though we requested to have it mild.
love the food.
A cozy and warm dining environment tucked off the main streets! Quite honestly the best Indian food and customer service I have ever had at a restaurant! A lot of the times places will dull the spice for non-Indian customers but if they did here I didn't notice - it was spiced perfectly, chicken was moist and not over cooked! Our water glasses were never empty and the staff was very polite, even served first portions of the dishes! The waiter informed us that they also have branches in Montreal and Toronto so we will definitely be going again! If you want Indian food, or even like Indian food Bombay Palace is a MUST!
